Here are some sneak preview pictures for the newest NISSAN GTR R35 turbo kit that not yet be reveal in the market,Still in beta testing but already finalize and at the last stage.I believe this will hit the market in the near future.This turbo kit come with the CAST Superflow Exhaust Manifold. The design itself will make alot of difference for the turbo to spool. After we tested the HKS GT800 Turbo Kit and Others Reputable Hybrid turbo Brand ..Now We are going to install this for one of our customer .. Honestly we tried a few reputable hybrid turbo brand that available in the market and notice a few different results. Some of the turbo spool slower and u can notice a bit turbo lag. The GT800 also produce different results .Make sure u guys get the rite turbo and rite ingredients. Injector Dynamics is our 1st choice for the injectors upgrade.

Since the ATS@Penang Trip, we are really really busy serving all needs to ALL the GTR Owners. We do encounter new issues for the 2010 JDM. Basically The Speedimit is still there although we already flash Using COBB. Alhamdullulilah after 1 week JOE@COBB Software engineer managed to fix this. Thank you so much to the MR. On the 14th January 2012, ATS Automobile Organized a trip for their beloved customers to the northern, we managed to gather 18 Nissan GTR R35 and 2 BMW 6series for our escort. We gathered at the SUNGAI BULOH rest area n hit the highway around 10am.We stoped at the TAPAH rest area and we make the SHELL station packed with the GTRS. Further we continue our journey straight to Penang and made a pit stop to meet MR.Ong ( MR Nice and cool Guy ) and some other GTR members at the JURU Tol .We had lunch at AUTO CITY Kari Kepala ikan. Honestly they had the best kari kepala ikan. After lunch,MR Ong brought us to a car wash that already well prepared to wash ALL of our cars :) Around 5 pm only we arrived HARD ROCK Penang. After few hours driving now is the only opportunity for us to rest before we need to meet up for dinner . 8pm all of us start to gather at the lobby and we drive to our dinner destination " GURNEY PARAGON MALL" We are all welcome by the mangement/photographer and had a super VIP parking infront of the mall. THANKS to the management and MR.Ong. TGI Fridays is our menu for Dinner and also we had a surprise B'day to Mr.Faizal,Mr Fauza and Mr Khairul's wife :)

Due to high Mean Effective Pressure (MEP) And high torque produced by higher boost pressure.. we do change the OEM pistons to the Aftermarket Forged Pistons and the con rod. Through our experience tuning the GTR there's a certain amount of torque that the original piston can take before it will reach it LIMIT

Recently we installed the hybrid turbo produced to a stock nissan gtr engine+stock gearbox + Cobb accesport+1000cc injector dynamics + Exht system+ intercooler piping and custom tuning. We dyno tuned the car using DYNO Dynamics @ Heartbreaker Dyno . Before installing those parts the car only produced 386 at wheel horse power and generating about 486 engine horsepower. After installing the turbo and other parts this car produced 612 Wheel Horse power and about 765 engine horsepower. We can see the improvement of 226 wheel horsepower :) In the near future.. the fuel system will be upgrade+ Internal parts + Higher boost.

Since HARI RAYA is coming,We had a very very busy month here serving all of our customers from all around malaysia. Kindly appreciate for your support. Recently we had a car with the transmission problem. The car can be drive without any check light appeared at the dashboard. Except sometimes when it's cold the 2nd gear will rev up abit higher than normal before it engage to the 3rd gear.Problem only happen once in a while when it's cold. For the GTR transmission this is not normal. Alhamdullilah after brain storming and inspection of the internal transmission parts ATS Team managed to rectify the problem. Since most of the gtr experienced the disc brake cracking issues..we here at ATS Automobile...Recently installed the performance friction disc to one of the gtr. Since most of the GTR owner prefer the AP Racing disc..we give it a try by using this brand to figure out how the braking results for this high speed machine. The result was amazing. This discs are the floating type of disc and really perform miracle especially at high speed + high temperature level. In term of pricing ..this discs will cost more compared to the AP racing.

NissaN GTR R34 V-spec 2 with R35 Brembo Brake System

Salam and Hie everybody,

Here at ATS Automobile, we improved a nissan gtr r34 v-spec braking system by putting the NISSAN GTR R35 braking system. The Original r34 is using brembo 4 pot. Now this car is using 6 pot at the front and 4 pot at the rear.Since there's no plug and play kit for this conversion..we over here need to customize all of the adapters,brake hoses and the rear brake lining. Safety is the main thing that i always put in my mind. Alhamdullilah everything works perfect. Thank you to the ATS team who participate in this project.

Tips For Your GTR Tyres

Guys, i think i should share with you regarding the NISSAN GTR R35 Tyres,

1) For The Front Tyres for nissan GTR R35 tyres can all be use maximum up t0 20000km,

if not your tyre will be like the picture attached. This is due to the camber setting from nissan

for the purpose of better handling.This tyres cannot be rotate front to rear and cannot be rotate

inside to outside.

2) For the Rear tyres, it can last double life time compared to the front approximate 35000- 40000km.

3) Basically my best advise is, once you get your GTR from the showroom..bring them to a workshop and ask them to open the underneath cover and send it to a tyre shop and adjust the camber and do the allignment as well.

Meisterchaft GT Racing Exhaust

This 2 Nissan GTR R35 cars are the first person using this meisterchaft exhaust system in malaysia.It's made by stainless steel. Honestly the sound really garang+ Very LOUD and it's one of a kind exhaust system. The exhaust system is using the 90mm diameter pipe and for high boost application it's good. So if you guys are into those Really LOUD exhaust system..i think you can try consider this :)

Hello guys, For those nissan gtr r35 in the asia country,this part is one of the good part to be change due to hot weather. This parituclar device help to reduce the engine oil temperature,transmission oil temperature and best is the water temperature. If u already installed cobb tuning acceport,this will work better because we can adjust the fan operating tempearature activation.

First of all Happy Chinese New Year to the one celebrating it and Happy holidays.

Alhamdulillah and congratulation to 2 of my staff for their new babys. Insyallah more rezeki for all of us :)

3rd Week In 2011 AT ATS Automobile

Today is 19th January and it's my Girlfriend birthday :)

Anyway for the 3rd week in 2011, we are very busy over here serving some local and european cars and few of NISSAN GTR R35.

For the Nissan GTR R35,

1) we have the bonnet damper issue over here,the funny part..the owner didn't meet in any accident. He said he only hit a hole and suddenly "KEBBBBOOOM" the bonnet light POP UP and the frt bonnet start to RAISE up. SO guys, please becareful while driving your GTR , try to avoid those holes on the road..

2) we also installed actuators and "ART engine oil pan for few customers recently :)

3) For our few new customers "MR Tan", "MR sim" and "MR mick" welcome and thank you for sending your GTR to us :)

4) Also recently at ATS Automobile, we encounter "check engine light" appeared to some gtr.

For me with the stock gearbox is still capable to produce about 600hp.

Nissan GTR R35 Rear Carbon Fibre Spoiler

"Merry Christmas and Happy Holiday" to all of you.Few days back, we installed the rear carbon fibre spoiler and front carbon fibre lip to this Nissan GTR. Surprisingly this car also has the TOP SECRET titanium exhaust system with the single exit.
This exhaust system is very rare and it looks so different compared to others nissan gtr out there.

Nissan GTR R35 with tubi exhaust system

Here at ATS Automobile, we installed a TUBI exhaust system for the nissan gtr.

I assume this exhaust system is the first set in malaysia. Although tubi is well known for the european cars..again they proved their talent at building the exhaust.Once started the engine the sound was unique with different tone on the VR38 engine.

Full Carbon Fibre Interior.

Here at ATS Automobile, we did a full carbon fibre interior n exterior lamintaion.It took us nearly 2 weeks to complete this interior project,overall it's 19 pieces .My personal opinion for this baby project is succesfull and cost effective. Cobb Tuning Adjustable Rear Anti-swaybar Endlinks

COBB Tuning Adjustable Rear Anti-swaybar Endlinks for the GT-R are threaded to easily remove all preload from the bar and provides consistent handling balance in right and left turns. The construction of these endlinks starts with carbon steel bearing rod ends utilizing a PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene) self lubricating corrosion resistant coating. The CAD designed and CNC machined spindles are 6061-T6 aluminum and hard anodized for a long lasting finish. Our endlinks were designed and assembled in-house for optimal strength, performance and durability. Adjustment is as easy as loosening the jam nuts and turning the spindle to lengthen or shorten the endlink while installed on the car.

East Coast Trip :)

Early this week,ATS team went down to east coast to fix and upgrade a Nissan GTR there. We spent 3 nights there working and enjoying the beautiful view by the beach with fantastic food.

I would like to take this opportunity to say thank you to the Handsome Owner for trusting us to handle his lovely car and thank you for the great treatment while we r there. Enjoy Your FLYING MAP ;) We really had a good time over there :) Hope to see u in the near future. Lastly thank you to the MITSUBISHI service center for borrowing us your place.
